Overview
Nuon is an inflation-protected flatcoin designed to give users a stable unit of account while preserving purchasing power. I joined early to build the MVP frontend quickly, while the team and product direction were still forming. After launch, I continued working with the team to scale the UI, improve maintainability, and support additional products and integrations as the ecosystem grew.
Challenge
- Delivering an MVP quickly while requirements were still evolving.
- Explaining complex concepts like rebasing and inflation adjustment in a way users could understand.
- Coordinating across distributed product, design, and engineering teams.
