Overview
Archon Bridge is a cross-chain bridge that enables transfers between Ethereum, Avalanche, and Horizen EON. The team needed a production-ready interface fast, with a flow that felt simple even for users who were not deeply technical. I owned the front-end build end-to-end, working closely with the backend and smart contract teams to ship quickly without cutting corners. The focus was clarity, safety, and a smooth “connect → review → bridge” experience.
Challenge
- Extremely tight timeline with a hard launch deadline.
- Cross-chain bridging is easy to get wrong, so the UI needed to reduce user error.
- Multi-language support required from day one.
Solution
- Built a single-page bridging flow with clear steps, states, and validation.
- Implemented wallet connection and network handling across supported chains.
- Integrated contract and backend interactions with careful loading, error, and success states.
- Added i18n support using next-i18next and ensured the layout held up across languages.
- Shipped a responsive layout for desktop and mobile.
