Overview

KX Capital is a personal investment firm focused on premium, family-friendly rental properties. The first asset — a ~1930s freehold two-bed terrace in Ludlow — underwent a full refurbishment in 2025 to improve comfort, efficiency, and long-term maintainability. Alongside the physical works, I created a focused digital presence to clearly present the property, reinforce brand quality, and support future tenant and investor conversations.

Challenge

• Modernising a ~1930s property while preserving character.
