Overview

FanForce is a loyalty intelligence platform focused on identifying and rewarding genuine community engagement. The product concept was ambitious and abstract, and the team needed a concrete MVP that could explain the idea quickly to investors and partners. I worked closely with the founders to shape scope, flows, and visual hierarchy, then built the full frontend so the product could be demoed confidently under fundraising timelines.

Challenge

  • Translating a broad, conceptual vision into a usable MVP.
  • Balancing Web3-native ideas with familiar UX patterns.
  • Building quickly while the product narrative was still evolving.
  • Aligning founders, designers, backend, and data inputs.

Solution

  • Ran focused working sessions to define MVP scope and core user flows.
  • Collaborated closely with design to turn abstract concepts into clear screens.
  • Built the full frontend using Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind.
  • Designed clear visual hierarchies for scores, rankings, and engagement signals.
  • Used subtle motion to guide attention and reinforce progression.
  • Structured the frontend to cleanly consume backend and scoring data.

Results

  • Delivered a polished MVP suitable for demos and investor conversations.
  • Helped the team clearly communicate the product’s value.
  • Validated core concepts around loyalty scoring and ranking.
  • Established a scalable frontend foundation for future expansion.
